Denver Electrical was incorporated in Colorado in 2000.  Since its inception, Denver Electrical has put in place over 100 million dollars of electrical installations by completing hundreds of projects in the Colorado front range.  With an extreme emphasis on providing a safe workplace for our employees, the company has consistently performed nearly 60,000+ man-hours annually utilizing its own forces.

The focus of the company is on commercial facilities including educational, public works, industrial, hospitals, laboratories, data centers, and classified government facilities.

Dana J. Slifka

CEO

Dana has been with Denver Electrical since 2011 and took majority ownership in January 2012. She has her OSHA 30 in construction and OSHA 30 in the general industry. Safety has been a priority since her leadership began. Dana has secured a M/WBE, DBE, and SBE beginning in 2014 and continues today.

Kelly Thom

President

With over 40 years of professional experience, Kelly Thom founded Denver Electrical in 2000. He holds an Associate’s Degree in Electrical Technology, is a Master Electrician, and is a Certified Lighting Efficiency Professional.

Business Manager/HR Director

Jessie has over 10 years of experience in Business Operations. She takes ownership of whatever tasks are put in front of her.  Jessie takes great pride in delivering superior customer service and is an invaluable asset to Denver Electrical.

Denver Electrical’s mission is to provide exceptional service, quality, and integrity to their clients, thus being the contractor of choice.  This requires progressive business planning and meticulous attention to detail throughout the process.  It is essential that policies and procedures are maintained that govern how the company conducts business concerning affirmative action, drug and safety enforcement, quality assurance, and day-to-day operations.  It also requires that capable and trained team members are retained, as well as afforded an environment conducive to success and advancement.

Denver Electrical’s continued success is attributed to a constant pursuit of the latest technologies to meet the demands of an ever-changing industry. This includes the latest computerized systems in the electrical construction industry. Denver Electrical training consists of utilizing the Department of Labor Certified Independent Electrical Contractors Apprenticeship School and promotes a culture of individual instruction at the job site.
